Here at Rapha Ministries Family Center, our motto is "You Matter." At our core, we believe in "Talk That Heals," meaning that we believe what God has to say about you can sweeten even the most bitter of experiences, according to Exodus 15:25-26.
You're welcome to come and fellowship with us and, prayerfully, to partner with us as we fulfill our mission of reconciling the unchurched back to the Church.
Our Story
Rapha Ministry was founded as a Bible Study by Dr. Teresa McAllister in 2003. The Lord spoke to Dr. McAllister from Exodus 15:23-26, in which the Lord provided a remedy to the people of Israel to sweeten bitter waters.
The Lord showed her that there are many things we don't have to suffer if only we partake of that which heals. The vision for Rapha was to offer "Talk That Heals."
In late 2018, the Lord called both Retired Pastor Alfonza and Dr. Teresa McAllister to activate Rapha Ministry with the name: Rapha Ministries Family Center, Inc.

Dr. Teresa McAllister
Senior Pastor & Founder
Dr. Teresa McAllister has served in ministry nearly 50 years. She received Christ at the age of 9 and began serving in ministry at 19 years old. She is anointed with both a prophetic and pastoral mantle in order to serve God's people. Dr. McAllister founded Rapha Ministries in 2003 and is now the senior pastor of Rapha Ministries Family Center, Inc.
Co-Pastor Alfonza McAllister
Co Pastor
Co-Pastor Alfonza McAllister is anointed to teach, preach and shepherd God's people. He served as a senior pastor for 17 years. He is a retired Chief Warrant Officer Three with a U.S. Army career of 22 years. He gave his life to the Lord over 40 years ago and has never looked back.
Pastor Stephanie White
Youth Pastor
Youth Pastor Stephanie White is a U.S. Air Force veteran and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She serves vocationally based on her own journey of learning to love the Lord, which revealed to her the need to protect and bless families.
